@jassy48 – There have been many proshots filmed over the years, purely for archival purposes. Any show evolves, but WWRY in particular changes so much because of all the music/current affairs/celebrity references throughout. I doubt they’ll ever be released, to be honest. But I’d sell my right arm for an early proshot (within the first six months or so) of the original cast. The very first incarnation was wonderful…
when a show is performed on stage, it is usually filmed and shown for promotion purposes or so the crew can make sure every scene is perfect. this is a leaked copy of one of the official filmed shows!
they really should make this into a film it would beat Mamma Mia so badly LoL

Its funny Kerry Ellis who plays i think OZ played Elphaba in Wicked and AmandaHarrison who played a ga ga kid and Kerry’s standby for OZ and then the lead OZ in the Australian version of WWRY has been playing the lead Role of Elphaba in Austrailian Wicked forlike 3 years now funny they are both very talented and both doing the same roles in the same productions but in different countries

I know they wanted to change some of the lryics for the purpose of the plot but the altered lryics in “Radio ga, ga” suck…
seriously the orginal song is much better!
