I wouldn’t take what he’s saying too lightly, he actually has a case. Start with debt. The debts of the United States are absolutely insane on almost every level. You have an $11 trillion now in public debt, $14 trillion consumer debt, and unfunded liabilities of about $44 trillion (Social Security, Medicare/Medicaid, etc). You also have an annual deficit of about $1.7 Trillion. This is INCREASING and most likely out of date in a month or year.
U.S. GDP is around $13.8 Trillion.

Really? Hyperinflation has happened before! This is nothing new.. it happened in the American Revolution, Weimar Republic of Germany, and many others! Sure…it’s called homesteading. You can produce all the food you and yours need on just a few acres. Anything else you need, you can barter for.

people in europe have been living in semi socialst states or totalitarian eastern block nations for years and have adjusted to the idea but here in the states we have a strong tradition of individualistic freedoms and that idealism will not die without a fight. Will it get bloody? I don’t know. I do know that things are about to get rough in a financial sense and it could lead to world wide unrest in a world full of finatics with nuclear weapons….this doesn’t look good for any of us.
